1. There aren't assigned parking spots, so if you choose not to pay the ridiculous amt for a piece of concrete, you're walking from 3 buildings away.
2. SBC is only available communications company and it was very unpleasant to have. The internet was always down and the sat. continually went out.
3. Maintanence takes months, literally, to fix anything - i had a broken garbage disposal, broken tile, and a broken balcony door that took many phone calls and trips to the office for it to be fixed.
4. Nobody returns phone calls, and the office staff is clueless. The finance mngr. is dumb, the assistant is a ditz and the general manager is always on the phone, but ironically never returning residnets phone calls.
5. the apts are nice and spacious, but incredibly overpriced for the area, in general, it looks like you're getting a great apt, but you're really just paying for a small house!

I agree. I currently live here, and the maintenance is terrible. I have been trying to get them to fix the garbage disposal, the lock for the outside storage room, and a/c for a couple of months. The A/C took two weeks to fix and the crew left the box for the parts and the old parts from the repair scattered on my kitchen counter and floor. The only other time I have seen the maintenance crew is when I came home and they were sitting on my couch watching tv and eating my hot pockets. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!

I agree totally - and to anyone reading this - the Apartment Manager his name is Alex - he does not return your calls and will not get any issues or problems you have taken care of in a professional period of time. I advise you to stay away from this complex - it is managed and ran by the most unprofessional mgt staff
