Never clear snow or ice.
Went from trash pick every day to pick once a day Monday through Friday. Only 1 trash bin for whole apartment so it's a walk. Can't reach management after hours.

OK I fail to see how this is any different than every apartment I have rented in OKC????

I presently rent at The Fairways in Moore. It is a large apartment community. There are numerous trash bins on the site. The trash is picked up once a week which is sufficient d/t the adequate number of bins. If there were just one bin it would definitely have to be picked up daily. The last complex I lived in was much smaller but still had bins at both ends of each section.
