I have lived in the summit ridge town houses. 6 months into my lease i needed to transfer to a 1 bedroom and they were going to charge me $2100 to transfer and the same to break my lease, however a few months after argueing this the manager was let go. Now the new manager, who was the old secretary, is wonderful and very on top of things. Location is great and the town homes are very nice. Maintance is also very fast.
