After reading these reviews, I feel like I live in a different apartment complex. I guess I really lucked out with this one that I'm in now! I live in a unit that is located right across the street from the office, so maybe that has something to do with it as well. The unit that I'm in is in really good shape compared to the horror stories that I have read. Most of the problems that I have had here are mainly cosmetic. I could see holes that were patched up and painted over, the carpet had a few stains, blinds broken, etc. The biggest complaint I have is that they randomly turn off the water without giving any kind of notice, and the air conditioner has stopped working a few times out of the year that I've been living here. Yes there is loud music at all times of the day and night, and yes I can hear people talking, but I grew up on an Air Force base, so I'm used to loud noise at all times of the day and night. I haven't heard any gunshots, but again I live right across from the office and I think most of that stuff happens at the back end of the complex. I have seen alot of cops, and occasionally a police chopper flies over, but I've never felt any sense of fear when walking to and from my unit. I must be the luckiest tenant in the complex! I would give these apartments a bad review if I had a really bad experience, but I gotta keep it real. I have liked living here for the past year, but money issues is what's forcing me to leave. If you would like more information about my experience here, feel free to contact me a the email provided. Thanks.

I call B.S. These apartments are, by far, the worst I have ever lived in or even visited. I have had nothing but problems since I moved in. My apt. was not even ready when I moved in, I had to clean it myself. I was promised a concession I never received, instead I got an eviction notice. I guess they are evicting if you DO pay your rent, now. Maintenance and/or management has left my door unlocked twice now during one of their "inspections". I've never heard of apts. doing random inspections, and these inspections are frequent. I would think that says something. I hear gunshots, police sirens, and police "choppers" almost every night. There are people out at all hours of the night and early morning screaming, crying, yelling, cussing, fighting, and blaring their crappy car stereos. BTW, this happens in ALL areas of the complex, but seems to occur more in the front and middle of the complex. The parking lot looks like a meteor hit it(several times)and has screwed my alignment and shocks on my vehicle. There is trash EVERYWHERE and has been since I moved in 8 months ago. I honestly have no idea why Quintana is still employed as manager, or employed at all. Every time I have gone in the office, she has been on her phone or had friends visiting. One time, I went in to pay rent and waited 15 mins. while she was on a personal phone call. She never follows through on anything she says she is going to do and has every other person working there that answers the phone tell people that they are the assistant manager and they can help you the same as she can. If by help me, you mean do nothing, then, sure, you can help me. Forget turning in a work order/maintenance request, it won't get entered into the system, they will just write it down on a miniscule notepad and put it in file 13 after you leave. If they would screen all lease-holders and occupants more rigidly, it would make an incredible difference, I am sure. Fixing the entry gate would also be a good start. The larger than average, cheap rent apts. do not, by any stretch of the imagination, make up for the hell you have to endure while living here. If you have children, you absolutely should not consider moving to these apts.
