Just wanted people to know our experience at this dump...Oh the offering to get you to move in was nice, exspecially if you were having a hard time trying to move in somewhere. We were offered 2 months free to move in...It was just my husband and I so all we needed was a one bedroom apartment..Well we wanted to move in a soon as possible to get of our other place we were living...First off the showed us a very nice one bedroom..And we were hooked only because we liked the set up...The suncion in living room and the bedroom was very large...Not to mention the fireplace was a nice addition...Well we were doing pretty good...except seeing all the drug deals and the traffic from it for about 2 months...Then our tub started draining really slow and eventually we couldn't even use it...I called and called and called and I wad always told they were busy with other work orders and as soon as they could get caught up they would be there...Anyways we went to my mothers house for about 3 months just to take showers...Okay the big mess happended about a month after our tub started stopping up...We had a weekend of rain and I am saying from a Friday till that Monday it rained almost non stop....My husband and I came in Friday night and half of the living room floor was flooded...So I automatically called the 24 maintance number to let them know and they said they were busy and to call the office in the morning...My husband and I moved all of our funiture to the other side of the living room..The next morning it was even worse...So again I called the office and they told me again and said as soon as they could they would send someone over and I said oh yeah like you were supposed to about the tub too...So my husband brought home a shop vac from his job and that night he had to suck up as much water as he could..Well he wanted to get as much as he could up so he pulled the carpet back from the wall and floor and there was black mold everywhere and even going up the mall...So this was not the only time they had, had this problem in this apartment you could tell...So I decided to take pictures..Well the days turned into weeks into months...I called the office every two to three days for this whole time and all I would get is as soon as we can get them there we will get it tooken care of..Or we are trying to renovate some new apartments so as soon as the finish up we will get to you...What I pay my bill on time...Okay one day about two months before our lease was up a maintance man came to acess what was going on...The leak into our apartment was on the wall that was in the breezeway...and my husband and I had already seen where it was leaking in...The maintance man left and never came back the next time I got a hold of them in the office they said they were waiting on a roofing company to come fix the problem...Anyways to make a long story kinda short...People take pictures of your problems cause if I wouldn't have had mine we probably wouldn't have gotten off so easily...We got out of our lease two months and I told them I am not paying for the last month that we did live there...PLEASE,PLEASE....DO NOT MOVE IN THERE...THEY DON'T KNOW HOW TO TAKE CARE OF ANYTHING...

You better have something in writting about being free from owed rent due to there trashy ran apartments. I was in a simular situation and a year to the day they susposed had let me out of my lease due to it being there fault. (black mold) they turned me over to collections for 900.00 dollars to fix the water damages that were there fault , i have now got with a lawyer . please make sure you get a letter from someone at the owners office , because the skid row rental agents that they hire . "There word does not mean NOTHING" . they will charge you to fix some problems that have been there for the last 20 tenants . I wish that the health department would shut them down. good luck in the future.
