i have lived here since october 2003 things were some what ok when i moved in but has gotten worser. We have had several managment changes here i was told when i moved here that my carpet would be replaced because when i moved here we had leaking problems for a very long time which damaged the carpet badely no i am being told the new management we only take care of new tenants carpet. For the last 4-5 months i have put in work orders on my leaking refrigerator, my stopped up sink, and broken door frame in bedroom and no one seems to care we are constantly being told it will be fixed and still nothing. I would not recommend anyone to move on this property managment and maintenance is terrible they want you to pay rent on time but wont fix anything
