When I decided to move back to an apartment, I chose Sunnyview because of the convient location, the fact that it had w/d connection and the school district. Little did I know that they would become a nightmare. While I lived there the management changed about 5 times, there has never been any real maintenance, so it takes forever to get something done unless you just pester the hell out of them. All they want is rent.

Well, lord and behold I decided to move out last oct.(due to family increase) and that's when my troubles began. The mgmt has since changed another 13 times and I have not received my deposit as of today because 1 of the mgmt teams has filed false charges against my credit, stating I took the refrig.(I provided my own cause they did not have any at the time I moved in), left owing 16 days of rent(moved out oct.29 returned keys nov.1)and I left the apt dirty (used a neighbors vaccum and they saw the apt when I was done).

They are so unorganized and so incompentent, it's pathetic. I know a 4yr old that's more together.

Every the collection agency contact me I contact them and get the same answer, the ever so,"oh, I'm sorry, but we can't find your file." Well you should have found it by now.

Sunnyview is a broke apartment community and they try to get money any way they can. I am not the only ex-tenant that is having this problem. So, my advise to anyone seeking to move in....... DON"T.... I would not recommend my worst enemy to move in. Anyone in the process of moving out, I have two words.... CAMERA AND WITNESS. Take pictures of apt b4 you turn in keys and have someone witness the day you turn them in, Because just like me, you will go through hell and high water to get you deposit back, because they will "mysteriously" loose your file.
