when i got stationed at tinker afb in march of 2006 i look around for apartments and came across sunnyview because it was so close to base and the management seemed very polite. boy was i wrong, since i have been here the management has changed 4 times. My wifes car has been broken into and my neighboors wife assulted by some hoodlems. The maintence here is by far the worse in the world. my wife and i have put in numerous complaints about the electrical system and the leaky roof. the water has been leaking for months now and has claimed the life of my recliner. oh and the alarm system that they offer to you never works. I have tried for months to get it activated and with no results. All they do is give me the run around. im so fed up with this place and beg that no one ever decides to live here unless they like terrible management, poor maintence and a lot of headache and anger, not to mention the saftey here is not the best.
