Beware of Sunnyview Apartments, I have had a leaking ceiling, my door would not lock, my cabinets were leaning so bad you could not put nothing on them. But you will not belive what the New Mangement told me when I complained,(lol) first I got the run around, that the maintance man was in the Hospital, then 2months later they told me they were so far behind that I just had to get in line.(LOL) Then came the Clincher they the Mangement told me to get renters insurance if my stuff got wet from the leaking roof. I sit bowls in the floor when it rains.. I am moving out these people are a joke. They do not fix anything, and get ready for the slums, it is the Slums. I only moved her because I have a temp job at Tinker, Which by the way Tinker is on to Sunnyview Apts all the guys say it is a standing joke about these apts, wish they would have let me in on it. My family did not move up here with me, or I would have never put up with these Clowns.. my rent changes all the time to. since I have been here we have been through 4 different people claiming to be mangement, But the new ones take the Cake.
