We lived at Sunnyview for 6 years. When we first moved in they were very nice the management really cared. Into the 3rd year we started seeing a change, the management and maintenance didn't care anymore. In our first apartment we start having a problem with the sewer backing up in to our bathrooms and it got worse each time until the flooding would flood the three bedrooms halls and both bathrooms. We took picture and filed it with our renters insurance, sent a certified letter with picture to the actual owner stating we were goin to take them to court. the managment then paid to move us to another apartment. It lasted 6 months until the rain started. There is a crack in the foundation so our living room flooded. This happened 8 times, but God has been good to us and we have found a beautiful house, moved in and we couldn't be happier. We did have to file renters insurance again because we lost everthing in the living room due to mold and mildew. Our insurance company is going after the apartment owner for reimbursement because this is fault of theirs and was aware of the problem has not fixed. We moved out in July, 2007 drove by last week and looked in and they have not anything to the old apartment. The grass still has not been cut. DO NOT MOVE TO THESE APARTMENT, STAY AWAY, PROTECT YOURSELF AND YOUR FAMILY. The gangs are bad also.
