I moved here in March of 2007. When I moved in, I was told that new management had just taken over, and that they were working really hard to clean the place up from previous management. I have to admit they have been working really hard. My apartment has had a couple of things wrong, but I have lived in apartments all of my life, and I know it is typical for things to happen. Maintenance has fixed everything wrong for me. Management has always been super friendly and helpful. I hope that anyone reading the other reivews would give the new management a chance.

yeah, i lived there for 6 months, and in that time, they had 13 different managers come in. i had both my cars broken into, tires slashed, a brick thrown through the windshield. it is not a good place to live, you are wasting your money pal.

I drove down 44th and up Sunnyview and did not notice any changes. There is still trash everywhere. The apartment that I moved out of in July is still not rented (don't know why). There is an apartment on the front side on the end and the people have been out a few month and the trash is still outside. I WILL NOT recommend these apartment even to a rat.
