Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
 
we have live here for not even a month, and our heat keeps going out, called the gas company to come out and check on it and they gave me a written warning, and shut off my gas, they will not turn it back on till it has been fixed, the land load is no ware to be found, and cant get a hold of anyone, taking it to the news
