I live in sunnyview apartments and i would like to tell everyone do not move in these apartment the office staff is rude disrespectable and racist. I have a problem with the office staff and the security one day i was taking my siblings swimming and i had a swimming pass and every thing but the women in the office were so rude to us i didnt show them i had a pass so they ask us to leave and we did they harass me intill i got in the car. Security were talking about throwing me in jail for being over there and i live in the apartments. so me and my grandmother went over to the office and the office staff were even ruder to her she couldnt even talk before the were so rude to her so they were telling her that she was in violention in giving me the pool pass and the kicked her out over all of these for no reason but in the office when i didnt have a key they give me a key to get in the apartment so i brought it to there attention that the give me a key to get in the apartment but i cant go to the pool and my name is on the lease so they said i was a lie and it never happen. they were just rude and racist the whole time i feel like somthing need to be done.

I can not believe the lies told thru this review. This person clearly have a grudge for committing violations. Creating false accusations online is so childish. I live at the complex for a while and never once encounter an issue. More and more people is moving into the complex and they are very happy. The office staff and workers bust their butts to make sure everything is going great for everyone. It is really sad to read stupid reviews full of lies. Security is 24/7 and they are very nice. I know a security man that is very friendly that even a lot of people living there enjoy visiting with him. Once again, it is sad when troublemakers go online to make false accusations after being in violations or evicted.

I would never lie about anything like this I felt very disrespected and treated unfairly. I have plenty of people who have something to say about those apts. People who live in the complex about how rude and nasty the staff is and this is the "anonymous" office staff who responed to my rating it's other people who had bad things to say about this complex. It's not the issue about violations or eviction. I have a issue with being treated unfairly and being disrespected I am a human and should have been treated like one but I wasn't.

I think the tenant is telling the truth! The office manager who is the mother of the daughter that is there is very rude, intimidating and a big liar! I will be glad when the health department close sunnyview apartments down!

I am not a tenant, but I know several others that reside in these apartments. I know the complaint above dealt with the pool. My comments on that is simply this. I pass those apartments several times a week. Never once have I seen anyone of color in the pool. I have only seen the same few people in the pool. which leads me to believe there is some truth to there being some type of racial issues going on. My comment to the office staff is if the color of my skin doesn't prevent you from taking my money, then why should it prevent my from using the pool. Which I might also add, the apartments list two pools, yes there are two pools, but only one is functional. The other pool looks like stagnant lake water, very green with frogs, and bugs. A breeding ground for mosquitoes. I have been told by other tenants when they made request to have something fixed by maintenance, they were told things like " you are just renting space", and "if you don't like it you can always move". My question is; who owns these apartments? I wonder , if the owners have any idea of what goes on in that office, and how their tenants are being treated. Word of mouth is a very dangerous thing. I would not want such negative things said about something my name was associated with.

have had experience with the security company that does security for this complex. they are notorious for threatening to throw people in jail and love using scare tactics!
