I have lived in sunnyview for a year and this has been the most worst experience in my life, when i first moved in my apartment it was horrible, they did not fix things the way it should be fixed i was very disappointed but was stuck, the office people and security are very rude and i beleive they are racist, they have no understanding and try to talk to you like you are beneith them or a litle kid, the apartments are run down and out dated and so is the management,People told me before i moved in that it was like this but i moved in anyway, please take heed to all the comments because they are very true, my lease is up now and the day i move will be the best day i have had this whole year

It is a great place to live! I am renewing the lease. The staff is just awesome! They are in the process of replacing the entire roofs on the complex. Yeah, that is right, every piece of roof will be replaced. Extensive work is being done. I am so excited that all these annoying and negative reviewers are so wrong. Woot!
