Our renting experience with Sycamore Farms was very unpleasant. The moment the lease was signed the attitude of the management and staff turned from kind and courteous to rude and abrupt. Surprise fees, additional unforeseen lease time, and absurd fines are just some of the negative treatment we received. The happy, cozy disposition they present initially I asure you is a facade and once they?ve got you they take full advantage to squeeze every penny they can out of you. It is a "luxury" complex with the worst customer service I?ve experienced in over 4 years of renting. I don?t reccomend investing one dime of your money into this property.
