My husband and I just moved here, and they told us we could move in a month early with no charge. So we did and she said just to write a post dated check, I didn't like the idea of it because I worked at a bank as an Assistant Manager and I knew how things worked. But they assured me it wouldn't go in. About 2 weeks later, it cleared my account causing all my bill I paid that month to be returned with fees, because that check was the largest dollar item clearing, and thats what the bank will pay. So then I called them and they took care of everything for me with no hassel and they even went up to the bank to drop off the money when I was at work. I haven't had a problem other than that. I love my neighbors, they are all quite and respectable. I would recommend this to my friends. Only one problem is that they water their grass too much, everytime I take my dog out I always get bit by mosquitos and I'm allergic to them.
