The complex is pretty nice, but it seems like they are lowering the standards for residents. New office personnel acts put out if anyone should dare ask a question. I accidentally wrote my rent check for $1 less than it was supposed to be and I got a "In Violation of Your Lease" letter on my door !!! When my window blinds broke it took them a week to look at it and then another week to fix it. All in all, for the price you could get a newer place at the two really nice complexes near the mall. I wish I did.
