There is always dog crap outside my door. The maintenance guys all drink and do drugs. The sprinkler system is faulty and they were supposed to fix it and they left a huge hole in my ceiling. They never came back to fix it and spiders are crawling out of it. I called the office and they told me that the workers went on strike but I found out later that the manager got into a fight with them. At the moment this place is a fire hazard!

The manager is never in town and the office is being run by two girls that are rude to everyone and are always gone all the time. When the manager finally comes into town she doesn't show up until 10am or 11am and she leaves by 3pm. They never return my calls. One of them lives here and she and her boyfriend are constantly at the hot tub all messed up on drugs and booze. They don't even follow their own rules. Nobody can complain because everyone in the office is related. If I wanted to deal with this I would have moved to Arkansas.

On a good note...the chick across the hall quit partying at 12:30am last night. Normally its until 3am.
