We were told at move out to just leave our keys-no need for a walk through they would just mail our deposit. After a month we called to inquire about it and at that point they informed us we wouldn't get our deposit, we would have to pay them a 'hidden' balance for cleaning the carpet (why wouldn't they clean the carpet anyway'''), and we wouldn't be getting $400 promised us for a referral we made months before!! Our apartment was CLEAN and in "move-in" condition and they wanted to charge us extra! Plus they were RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. You can find an as nice if not nicer complex nearby that is run much more professionally and would treat you in a more fair manner. We're getting a lawyer!!

I know for a fact that management not only gave them their referral after they moved out but they got their deposit back.
