Well...my finace and I live here. We like it. The plans are big and the people aren't bad. Our neighbors are really nice...well once of them. Are you still a student or already done or soon to be done? If you are still in I would say apartment but if not then house. We have problems with them not coming to fix something when we ask but when we say wait they don't. I don't know why...but that is something that bothered us and make sure they actually spray for bug. They told us they would and they didn't so we had to wait a week and the spiders were bad! That is the only complaint besides the staff not being there often or knowing a lot about different things...each person knows about different things.

My finace and I have lived here for almost 3 years now. We are both going to college at UCO, it's not bad of a drive. They gave us discount when we moved in for being students!! The neighbors are great, and the staff is very friendly.
