Well i have lived at sf for over a year now and other then me having a lot of spiders when i first moved in..problem gone now..i haven't had any issues, when i turn in my rent amy always ask is your apartment okay and it's always yes...but halloween night of 08 i was very disturbed...i pay $25.00/month to rent a carport then to come home and find someone's car in my spot really pissed me off. so i went to the office at midnight because that's where th eparty was and coincidentally i ran into amy the manager..i let he rknow the situation and how upset i was and she told me that I was responsible for calling a tow truck and showing them my lease with the carport on it..first of all it shouldn't be my responsibility that's why i'm paying them and second since i just got the carport it's not on my lease...needless to say i couldn't get the car towed and was very upset..i waited till the drunken hore came to get her car and cussed her ass out..But i would recommend these apartments because i do feel safe and secure here.

The carport situation is bs. When carports are reserved for people who pay, management should make sure they're available. It's not fair for people who pay $25 a month to have their carport taken from them, especially when people can park there without being penalized if a carport is vacant. We shouldn't have to tag a car and have it towed, that should be management's problem.

I agree, it is frustrating but you also have to realize that managment are people two and some things slip thru the cracks. i have had my carport parked in a few times but im also pretty chill and coexistant. i believe the staff does the best they can! even with all the new changes. sounds like some people just need to chill and calm down. plus amy is not the manager. if your going to talk bad about someone, atleast do your homework.
