good for the price From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/28/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005 1 response   Yes, the apartments are well lit at night and the management has been great so far, but in the 4 or 5 months that I have lived here, I have run into several small problems. First is a spider problem. My spiders were so bad that I had someone sent out to spray and the spiders are still all over the place. I'm talking big brown scary ones- not just tiny cobwebs in corners here and there. And while the other residents seem to be relatively well behaved, the walls are thin enough that I can hear when other people's water runs. I have also noticed that my apartment reeks of smoke sometimes and I have never been a smoker, nor has a cigarette ever been inside my apartment. The water in my bathroom sink also has somewhat of a sulfur smell to it on occassion and I honestly don't know where these ghost smells are coming from, but they are quite annoying. Other than that, I suppose the apartment was good for the low price I was paying.
