All the tenants keeps parking in the handicap parking places, called 911 numerous times, I have to park far away and carry heavy items up to the 2nd floor. This problem has been reported to the Human Rights Commission's Office and also the Disability Office on the Federal level. I had to really clean the apartment when I first moved in, in the bathroom on top of the cabinet I found a pregnancy test strips, that was used, and I was totally grossed out, then I found an old sandwich on top of the kitchen cabinet as well. Cigarette burn holes in the carpet and it was really stiff and dirty, and I had them re-steamed the carpet, but it is still stiff. Everytime I vacuumed I get a full canister every time, and at three months time it still filling up. I don't think they have changed the carpets
