Ah, I agree that there are some things that are a bit frustrating like the elevator going out several times, and the a/c and heat not always accessible when you want, and the gates not always working...but trust me, I've rented from several places & this is the best so far. I've come to realize that it's an apartment and it's not going to be perfect and while I do pay plenty of rent each month I'm thankful I didn't buy a house just yet, or else I'd be footing the bills when stuff goes out!! It's much nicer to call in and tell someone when something isn't working. My experience with maintenance has been alright, he is always quick to respond when I call in if something isn't working. Gosh, not to mention the building is really old--stuff breaks & needs to be repaired--again thankful I'm not in a house where I have to pay for repairs. (I have friends who recently bought a house in a nearby neighborhood, the house is just as old, and seems to have had just as many problems as anything as old). If I wanted perfect, I'd have bought a house. But so long as I'm renting, I'll continue my stay here
