management changed right after I moved in, very little experience and poor people skills apartments are just ok

I totally disagree with your comment on the staff. While they are young, they have a vast knowledge of the law and the rules and regulations their bosses set down for them. I have been in the office several times and treated with nothing but respect and hospitality from those girls. You just sound like your upset with someone that actually does their job.

Vast knowledge of the law?? Is that why when taking over, new ownership attempted to illegally change our leases without our consent? My lease stipulates my signed consent to be changed. According to current ownership, that contract is meaningless and can be changed with a notice on our door.
