I am pleased to write a review on my experience so far. I moved into a Lincoln at Central Park apartment home late April. I had a very pleasant experience. The office staff and management have been more than accommodating. For instance, I discussed rental arrangements, and was approved remotely. They not only had my apartment ready for me as promised, they have a relationship with external vendors! The management staff arranged rental furniture, and a washer and dryer rental for my apartment home. They did not charge me for making these arrangements, and offered gladly to assist. In addition, they add the monthly rental of these items to my rent, so I do not have multiple checks to write each month! Just one rent payment. :)
I arrived from out of state to move right into a furnished apartment home as promised! Everything was delivered, and installed...no additional charge for delivery, or set up! Furniture and appliances are brand new! Apartments are beautiful, and well decorated. That is fantastic service! And I thank them! I've had a wonderful experience!
