From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/23/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008   If you work at the hospital, Chesapeake, or HSC, the location could not be better. It is really expensive though and while the apartments look nich I would say the construction itslef is shoddy at best (dishwasher poorly installed and pops out, there is about an inch of space between the door and the wall so it is really drafty). The staff (well most of them) are really nice but some of the apartment rules are really unreasonable especially if you have pets ($250 fee-not deposit-per animal and $10/month for each animal).
