This is for Gale and I do want to take a second to say that she is a very hard working professional. She just took her lunch break to talk to me and understand where I'm coming from. It makes me less upset about this overall experience here that she recognized the validity of some of my concerns. Personally I think that all 3 of our office staff are good people, but have decided to go to the expense to move out after taking it all together as a whole upon finding out about a mistake or slip-up last night. I am really tired of living with degrees of hostility at every turn, some of them over things such as water heaters bursting that I could not do anything about.

I do expect quiet living even though I am generally pretty tolerant of anything besides repetive noise that Ican't get away from. Because apartments I have lived in at OU in Noran have managed to make sure that even young college-aged residents respect one another a bit better in my opinion, I do not feel that I expect too much in wanting to find apartments who manage to find this balance in OKC.

Maybe I just didn't luck out and happened to have an apartment unit with more than a normal amount of problems than usually occurs at this complex, but whatever the case may be, hopefully all our lives will be easier once those living in my unit find a new place to live. Wish the staff all the best, and I do appreciate the specific good things you do for us as tenants and I do notice those too.

The staff really don't know that you asked more of me than the lease allowed by the agreement signed, and with this being your belief, I must concede that I do appreciate what you all see as an allowance in comprising that I may continue to put food down on the creek trails to keep the critters where they should stay - away from the dumpsters. This is a sign that you do want to compromise to make everyone as happy as possible here even if this issue is something to be treated as a difference of values over which tenants must find a way to agree to disagree in reference to.

So for this reason, I am satisfied that all three of you at least care and were not trying to purposely walk on me.
