OMG! I was just about to send an application...the staff who took me on a tour said they had never had a rape, assault, or theft!

Add 15 car break-ins in one night and numerous additional car breakins each week that go unreported here b/c residents know nothing gets done about getting our stereos, purses, or cd's returned to us after the fact. Look into people's cars here, they basically only have stock stereos b/c the after-market stereo systems all get ripped off!
