Overall the Warrington is a nice place to live.

I have lived here since 2003 and I love it. I have had my share of ups and ( I should mention my downs have only been with other tenants). My repairs have been completed in a timely manner and the grounds always look immaculate. The ladies in the office are very freindly and take care of you. There where a few issues when the maitence guys changed. Now, things are back to normal. My washing machine was replaced within 24 hours when it passed away.
In my almost four years of living here the only issue I have complaint on is the actions and attitudes of some of the tenants.
Lately,some of the tenants have become a little careless. This has causing the management to mother hen the pool and grounds. If people learned to understand the concept of common courtesy this place would be heaven on earth. How hard is it to pick up after yourself,your dog, keep your stereo to a dull roar and behave like a civilized adult. I think people that live in apartments tend to forget that they live in a community enviroment. You have to clean up any mess you, your pets or guest create. You need to always be aware of the time of day and how much noise your making. Being a good neighbor can make apartment living very enjoyable. In my set of building all the people are respectful and quiet. The only time we notice each other is if we are coming and going. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
