Not perfect but nice, I'd choose to live in that apartment again.

I live in that apartment about 1.5 years ago for almost 2 years when I went to university there. The managment did have problem about fixing things late, and I heard my friends said you could be waited for a few days before issues was addressed (that's 3 years ago). But it was a very nice place to live. Clear and gracious environment, nice neighbouhood, most of people (80% maybe) living there were quite and well-mannered. However, I forced to move to a higher priced apartment one time due to their management. They promised me a particular apartment would be avaliable, but when I moved in, mgmt said computer error occured and I had to live in a higher priced apartment. However, they did give me a special discount (about $50 off each month) to compensate their error. They had a covered garage for a small fee, but when high Oklahoma wind blew or when tonado came, some cars would still get broken windows. However, I do like the place since the area is a secure and safe neighborhood, and it's hard to find a place like this in OKC. And although they have mismanagment, the staffs were nice and well-mannered and willing to help. However, I recommand everybody not to move to another place called University Apartment that's next to OCU. I lived on first floor and saw one mice that scared me. One time during my 6 months stay, the sewer broke and believe me, it's not a pretty sight and smell when you had to clean up by yourself in the bathroom tub by yourself...And the vaccum cleaner that landlord lend to me blow dusts out instead of vaccum it...! And the neigborhood is not safe for girls. The landlord was okay though. Anyway, back to Tiffany House, I would recommend to any single girls because the neighborhood is comparatively safe in OKC, and they maintain the apartment very well. Also, the manager cared very much about the eldery live in the building. I remember one time there's false fire drill, and she wants to make sure that the hard of hearing eldery got out and know about it. It seems I said a few bad things about Tiffany House, but really, it's a nice place, go there and take a look, maybe you will like it. I do! Good luck!
