horrible plumbing, A/C, and heating

constant flooding all over the building from pipes busting

filthy building

short staffed - takes forever for things to get fixed, and its done poorly

parking lot surveilance doesn't cover the whole parking lot

they claim to have a security guard, but what they don't tell you is that he never patrols the property, ever.

lotsa weird people live in the building

my a/c never works, hard to sleep when u sweatin like a pig.

management is always changing....which is a real bad sign

they told me thepool/spa would be open around 3 months after i moved in.....its been one year and it hasn't opened yet.

the decorator/color coordinator should be hung/shot/stonned/dragged by a pickup

little kids always vandalizing the elevators and walls everywhere

i will say one good thing about the place. most walls and floors are concrete, therefore its harder to disturb others if u want to turn some music up real loud, or visa versa...its hard to be disturbed by others

don't move here, i did and it was a big mistake!

This is Stephanie Lagatta, owner/managing partner of Tiffany Tower. We have resolved the plumbing issues of past and fix any current plumbing issues as soon as the resident lets us know. My full time housekeeper vacuums the hallways, elevators and lobby daily, so no it is not filthy. We are not short staffed. Smaller issues such as a cabinet door knob reinstalled may take longer as we fix things by what is the highest priority, such as heating and plumbing. The cameras cover the parking lot. And how would this person know what the cameras are looking at? I took over in Sept of 2007, so please take a look at us now...
