horrible plumbing, A/C, and heating From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/3/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007 Manager Response is available.   constant flooding all over the building from pipes busting filthy building short staffed - takes forever for things to get fixed, and its done poorly parking lot surveilance doesn't cover the whole parking lot they claim to have a security guard, but what they don't tell you is that he never patrols the property, ever. lotsa weird people live in the building my a/c never works, hard to sleep when u sweatin like a pig. management is always changing....which is a real bad sign they told me thepool/spa would be open around 3 months after i moved in.....its been one year and it hasn't opened yet. the decorator/color coordinator should be hung/shot/stonned/dragged by a pickup little kids always vandalizing the elevators and walls everywhere i will say one good thing about the place. most walls and floors are concrete, therefore its harder to disturb others if u want to turn some music up real loud, or visa versa...its hard to be disturbed by others don't move here, i did and it was a big mistake!
