I am Stephanie Lagatta the owner/manager of Tiffany Tower. Yes, we went through many managers because they did not do their job up to our standard. The heating/cooling issues have been resolved. We handle service calls as soon as possible. I have been in charge for four months and understand that there were a lot of problems in 2006 and beginning of 2007. If you would like to know how it is now, read the comments of people who actually live here now. I can't argue with bad experiences from a year ago, but things have changed.
There have been ergonomic problems with some of the oven doors. I have resolved them by redoing the cabinets and replacing the appliances. Any other questions?!
