Over night last night one of the pipes in the building burst effecting the side of the building I live in, HOWEVER Before I could even get the note off the front door this morning stating that the management was sorry for the issue, The water was fixed! I have read the very FEW horror stories on here about this complex, and I have heard that the prior Management did have some issues, But as far as now, as far as I can see, The Leasing Agent is very nice and pleasant to deal with, The Owner/Manager now seem very sweet with allot of positive goals for the building. As with any OLDER building there will be issues, and know that the new owners are having to go through and fix the prior owners problems, But all and all looks like things are getting better!.. There are NEW carpet in each unit when you lease. Fresh Paint and the lobby and elevators seem very clean. Most of the residents here are friendly and the view is very nice. I looked at a few other high rise apts. in okc before choosing this one, i feel confident in my decision and would be willing to advise my friends to move in as well.Oh and for the issues that the building does or doesn't have,The main maintenance man, Even after falling and injuring himself, the next day came to make sure MY HEAT was working. The man was in pain to walk, But was still making it up to check on things. So in close All older buildings will have issues But thus far I can say that the people here address the issues well and as fast as possible and so far I am very pleased. See it for yourself though DON'T MAKE SOLE DECISION'S on a "Opinion" writing on the Internet! It's 2007. I think we all know how "some people" on here can be :) ... JT

Whatever!!!! I take it your apartment was ready when you moved in. I showed up in a U-Haul to start moving in and the inside of my new apartment was gutted with nothing at all inside, no carpet, no tile, no refrigerator, no stove, and the back door to the balcony was gone. Thank God, I had another apartment reserved in case this problem came up due to the nice people on here warning new tenants about them. I moved across NW Expressway over to Lakeview Towers and couldn't have been happier for two years until I bought a house in Edmond. So when you are out on your blacony look to the north to the huge gray highrise with red letters at the top and wonder how great life could have been.
