I've been here a year and a half and its one inconvenience after another. There is a fire alarm speaker in every apartment and its the loudest most obnoxious sound in the world. It will go off sometimes at 4 in the morning if someone on another floor burns some toast. I can't completely fault them for this it's supposedly the fire code but for some strange reason Lakeview towers doesn't have these in each unit.

No temperature control in your apt. They're on a chiller/boiler system. It can hit 80 degrees at odd times of year (Oklahoma Weather) and you have no AC in your apt. So you will burn up and nothing can be done about it.

If you're expecting a package, better count on waiting a while to get it. If it's delivered and you aren't home, the office signs for it and it's hard to catch them in the office to get your package.

My lease is up soon and I am gone. I've had it. They have been promising for years to improve the place and they haven't done a thing.

So if you love being awoken by false alarms at 4 in the morning, having no control over the temp in your apt and rarely having anyone in the office to help you, then Tiffany Tower is the place for you.

Only positive thing about this place, parking is good.
