I have read all of the comments. I have lived here over 5 years. Everything you have complained about, I have complained times 10. No water, no hot water, and no heat, all true. The rate increases every six months. We have had at least 10 managers. That is no exaggeration!!! I have been here, I know. They staff changes everytime too. They do not care about your complaints, because at the end of the day, they go home to their problem-free homes and laugh (at us). All bills paid, that is a lie. You now have to pay water. Carports are $30. There are several problems with these apartments being flooded. When I first moved in my apartment, it flooded everytime it sprinkled. I had clothes, shoes, furniture, papers, you name it, it has been water damaged. Then they moved me to another apartment. I have had problems with wasp, roaches, ceilings caving in --- all that and some. All bills paid, there are no bills to pay, nothings ever working and nothing gets fixed. Why have I been here so long' First because I thought things would get better. I was young, and believed them when they said they would fixed the problem. Or when they said, "Oh that is the first time we have ever had that happen." Now I know. When I first moved here I was just out of high school and starting college and needed a set budget, because I was only working part time and had to pay both school and living expenses. Half the time, I did not even have light to read or do my assignments or access to my computer. I have since received my degree, married, recently had a son. In a couple of months we will be saying adios.
