Ok here is the deal me and my fiancee moved in here about 3 months ago. Although, we have had our share of problems with the hot water, or no water period, and the stench from when we moved in it's not all that bad. The management sucks they do not respond to anything promptly it can take anywere from a day to a month to get something done around here. i have read all the other reviews and in the defense of this community it's not as bad as they say.
Our apartment is in relatively good shape no complaints there. for the size of the apatments and the price you can't beat it. we have looked else where but nothing cheap enough so overall i would recommend this community to anyone. and for all you that live here who think it's so bad remember you get what you pay for. If there was one thing i would like to see change it would be management; they have shady ways of doing business. If you were thinking about moveing in here i would recommend demanding to see the apartmnet before you sign the lease.
