I lived in Vintage lakes for about a year...it was the most horrible experience i have ever had. First 3 of our stairs fell off...The closet doors fell on my Pregnant roommate....our ceiling over the bar fell through and our entire living room was flooded. The didn't give us a fan or help to get the water out of our living room...did not fix the ceiling till a month later. My roommmate fell down the stairs when one broke off and a hug whole was put in the wall..we had to fix it ourselves. There was a drive by shooting...There were ALWAYS police with large guns walking around. Don't ever ever move in. When we went to complain the reason they said nothing got fixed was b/c it was under new management. that happened at least five time if not more.
