Getting Better

I have lived here for almost a year now. When I first moved in I was afraid I would have to break my lease. My toilet ran constantly, I had a leak in my living room wall..which led to rusted carpet and mold in the closet, and my top stair fell off. It took the maintenance guys 4 months to take care of all of it. I was really pissed. Then during the summer a new management company took over. Since then things have been getting better. It only take a few days to get things done and sometimes they even come out that day. The office staff is always really sweet, and they do their best to help you out. Also I was reading some of the other comments on here and read something about police men walking around with huge guns or something. Let me just clarify that my husband is an officer for the Village and they don't even issue guns larger than what the holster holds. HAHA and if you didn't notice, the person that typed that misspelled like every 5th word. Anyway I would say that this is a great place to live especially for first time renters.
