Okay apartments From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/29/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005 1 response   No these apartments are not the best place to live they are not located in Nichols Hills. There are going to be issues everywhere you go. I have lived here for a month and went through the no hot water issue. I even went to go to the laundry facility and the entire sidewalk and grass was flooded, our bathtub hot water stayed runnning for 3 days and made it so humid in the bathroom that there was nicotine running down the walls and all of our towels in there got moldy. Things have been fixed though. We called maitenance and they were prompt to come and fix it I was just out of the house when they showed up. I love the people in the office.
