I have lived her for 2 years and in the last 7 months things have changed drastically. It use to take for ever to get anything fixed and last winter we had so many heating problems. But now I have had no heating problems this year or AC problems and if I call in a work order they are usually out that day. I have also noticed that when they come out they leave me a note as to what they have done and they change my filters if needed. The office staff has cleaned this property up with the rehab work that has been done and getting the bad people out of here. I really thought last year that I would be moving but I have just extened my lease as this place amazing. I love it here and do not want to live anywhere else. I espically like that I can keep my house at what ever temperature I want to and they pay the bills.
