I was out of the state when my husband moved us into this apartment complex. My first impression of the outside was that there was a lot of trash on the ground, as well as spilling out of some of the apartments. There is also a problem with water not draining away, and so there is mud all over the place which gets tracked inside. Some of the tenants obviously don't care if they live like pigs, hence the trash everywhere, but there are people like that all over the place and it must be hard for the leasing agents to pick who's going to be a good tenant and who isn't. If apartments are in bad shape inside, it's because of the people who have been living there and wrecked them. I'm impressed with the inside of the apartment my husband and I are living in. It's very spacious and clean (and we intend to keep it that way). We did have a problem with water seeping up through the floor but that was fixed as soon as we reported it. I also hear the people upstairs walking around sometime, but have got used to that. The thing i like best about living here is having all the bills paid and being able to use as much a/c and water as we need, without having to worry about what it might cost. I also love the amount of closet space and the spacious rooms.
