WITHOUT POWER FOR 4 DAYS AND NO ONE CARED!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am a tenant in this piece of ---- apartments wasn't here to long and the next day after I moved in half of the complex was without power for damn near 4 days it was 90-100 degree wheather outside everybodys food went bad some had family to go stay with some didn't so we had to just tuff it out in hot units with children and no way to cook, then after news people put them on blast the management decided to serve hot dogs,animal crackers and water to tenants left here and offfered for thm to stay the night in the office(after sleeping in hot apartments for 2 days)then they lied and said the power was going to be back on that next morning and of course that was false so that was another day in heat and spoiled food!!!! finally after it was turned bavk on we all asked if we were going to at least get something back for the food we lost and they said NO!!!!! they couldn't do that and thats what renters insurance was for ok what about the people who just moved here and insurance hadn't taken effect yet!!!! or better yet what about the one's that didn't have ins. period!!!! but this is the killa a week later the other side of the complex power went out and guess what THEY GOT GENARATORS!!!!! the same day it happened and want to know why because the office power ran off of the other sides tranformer isn't that something!!!!!! my household alone spent over $200 for rooms,food.and food replacement I just don't think its fair someone needs to do something!!!! these apartments and paramount properties need to be reported someone pleas let me know who the head person in charge is if you know something needs to be done before it happens again!!!!!!!!!
