I moved here in July and ever since I got here, it has been nothing but hell. I live in a flat with loud walking, cigarette throwing and candy throwing neighbors that are always home. My ceiling is still not finished from two weeks ago after an on-call handy man came to stop a leak in the ceiling. We had to threaten to sue the complex in order for them to send someone out. I still have not received a mail box key that I have been asking for since I moved in. I called fair housing and had them get the key. When it was time to go and pick it up, they said there was no key. The managementand staff at this apartment complex are short-handed, over-paid and under-worked. And on top of that, the wash room in area where I stay is flithy and trifling. Kids with barbie stamps mark the washers and dryers and broken the slot where the coins go for drying on two of the dryers. Plus, they leave vacant apartments open and the kids in my area play in that house all the time. I would not recommend this complex to anyone, when you see it, keep driving down to the next apartment and don't look back. All Utilities Paid is the only decent amenety. I guess you get what you pay for. And the other comments on the board that are good ratings, their probably friends or relatives that don't live here.
