I have only been at Vintage Lakes for 3 months. Two weeks in to being here we didn't have any hot water, a problem that still has not been fixed. Then, at the end of our second month mold started to show up on our bathroom wall. We notified the manager and put in several maintenance requests, including a formal written request, yet we still received no attention. The mold was halfway up my bathroom wall, there was a leak in the ceiling and the ceiling panel was about to fall down from all the water that was just sitting on it. It took them over three weeks to even come out and look at it. Then when they finally came out all they did was replace the sheet rock and sprayed some bleach on the mold. They didn't fix the leak which is why we had mold in the first place, and because it had taken them so long to do anything mold had begun to grow on the other side of the wall, which they didn't even address. If you are looking at moving into these apartments I highly suggest that you go somewhere else, because I know I am. I am done with Vintage Lakes.
