My partner and I have lived here since May and we urge everyone to run screaming in the other direction. We have had a huge hole in our ceiling through which water is constantly either dripping or streaming for two months. The wood structure that holds the ceiling up is rotting. We've put in several maintenence requests, including written formal requests, that have been completely ignored as far as we can tell. There is mold in the bathroom, the carpets were not cleaned before we moved in and our upstairs toilet was broken when we moved in and remained so for the first month and a half that we lived here. We contacted the office several times about all the maintenence issues that we'd been having and threatened to go to the Health Department (a threat we carried out the same day) and the office staff told us, "Oh well, it's not the first time. Do what you have to do."
There is non-existent maintenence at this complex, so don't move here unless you like paying for and fixing things up yourself. The office staff consists of people who are busier trying to rent to new people than keeping the ones they have. The air vents are connected, so if your neighbor smokes, you get the pleasure of smelling it. There was a shooting here this summer.
