If you are considering moving into these apartments, DON'T. All Bills Paid is not worth it. Living here has been mentally and physically hazardous to my health.
NO HOT WATER the majority of the time
ELECTRICITY OUT for days with no sense of urgency from maintainance or management
MOLD growing in apartments
RAW SEWAGE flooding apartments
ROACHES (apt. management does nothing about it when you call to have apt. bated)
HAZARDOUS TO CHILDREN
-abandoned mold, and sewage infested apartments left unlocked
-giant holes left unsecured
-standing water
-trash strung throughout entire complex
-stagnant pond full of trash and water snakes
-bare electrical lines
-trashy residents children who have obviously not been raised correctly
-crackhead drug pushers hanging out on corners at night and during day

IMPURE AIR QUALITY: My family & I have had breathing issues since we've lived here. Never has this happened before. My children have always been healthy. Since I've lived here, I've started having daily headaches...probably due to all the allergens in the air. THERE IS MOLD GROWING UP THE WALLS OF MANY APARTMENTS. MILDEW COMES OUT OF THE VENTS WHEN THE A/C IS ON.

POOR MAINTAINANCE:
-Does not address the full extent of issues & correct the problems at hand in an appropriate fashion.
-Are very rude
-Have no disregard for the safety of the neighborhood children.
-Lack the competence to even call themselves maintainance.


MANAGEMENT: THEY ARE LIARS.
-"No, the complex is not going to be sold. They've had the complex on the market for years and noone is willing to pay the asking price." Don't worry about them selling. If they do eventually sell, the new owners will have to buy out your lease."

-"oh yes, we'll have someone right over to fix that." YEAH RIGHT...two months later if then.
-give out special notices to residents that have not paid their rent on time "$200 off rent if you pay..." but do nothing to show appreciation for tenants such as myself that do pay their full rent ON TIME.
-"Oh no, these apartments aren't going to be condemned. We just got a multi-million dollar grant to start renovations." BS
-"The electricity will be on by tonight." WHATEVER...a week later.

-to the local newstation: "The hot water is now on. It will only take a few hours for it to heat up." Again...WHATEVER. I've lived here almost 2 yrs. and have hot water only about 25% of the time. THE HOT WATER IS BASICALLY LEAKING OUT ALL OVER THE COMPLEX THROUGH ALL THE BROKEN PIPES. YOU CAN SEE THE STEAM COMING FROM THE GIANT HOLES FILLED WITH WATER PRESENT THROUGHOUT THE COMPLEX.

OTHER LEASING AGENTS (Non Management & Management)
-Cannot exactly call them liars...they only repeat the lies told to them by management.


PLEASE NOTE: This complex is currently under forclosure. The owners have filed bankruptcy. The city of the village is sueing the complex for around 3 MILLION dollars for lack of payment on water,sewage, & trash. At this point, noone knows what to believe. We could probably be homeless at any time.

MOVE IN AT YOUR OWN RISK
I'm getting the hell out of here as soon as I can.

For Real!! That place was horrible. We lived in the back like seriously the last apartment building in the complex. We had to call the Village Police 4 times over the course of the year. The first one was for a female trying to break in and squat in our apartment. The second one was for gun shots outside our window. And the third was for someone breaking into the apartment next to us at 5 o'clock on a sunday morning! People are CRAZY!!! Not suitable for people with families looking for a nice quiet place to live. Or for anyone who is healthy. In the laundry rooms the large wooden boxes behind the machines.....growing BLACK MOLD!!!! Not to mention ROACHES...and we are VERY clean people. But they still infested.
