I have lived in this hole for almost 2 years. It wasn't too bad the first year, but has gone steadily down hill since. They expect rent to be paid in full when they will never fix anything. I had a problem with my shower, put in requests for maintance 2 months running when I paid my rent (in full and early) and never got anything done. So tired of this I went and bought the parts to fix the problem myself. Well when it was rent time again they told me if I would bring in a reciept they would take off for the cost of the parts!!! I asked about my time and labor and was told that if I had brought them a reciept from a plumber they would have taken that off the rent. So don't fix it yourself you won't get reimbursed.

I have had A/C only half the time this summer and now they are threating me with court action if I don't pay in full. I hope they waste thier money taking me to court because everyone they take to court has not had to pay them a dime.

I have complained about the lights in my parking lot for over 6 months and they have never been fixed. Because of the lack of lighting car tags are now stolen almost every night in the parking lot here and all the office will say is that it's OG&E who have to fix the lights. I'm willing to bet that they have never called OG&E to have them fixed cause then they would have to pay thier bill. The lack of lighting is also leading to an increase in break-ins on the property.

DO NOT move in here if there is any other place available to you.
