Good place to live, management is apathetic

I lived at Warwick for a year and was happy with most things, with the exception of the management staff. I had a HUGE leak directly over the head of my bed which was not patched for an entire week. A month later, I once again had falling plaster and rain drops on my head in the middle of the night! I was basically told "tough luck" and no concessions to my rent were made.
My other complaint: by allowing large pets to live in Warwick, the management has also allowed large dog droppings to litter the lawns and common areas. No amount of complaining to the staff seemed to translate into them actually enforcing the pick-up-after-your-pet policy that's supposedly in place. VERY GROSS!
If you can deal with having to care for your own place, it is a good deal for the amount of square footage you get, and it's a great location.

I have to disagree with your blanket statement on the big dog issue. I don't know what area of the community you live in, but around here it's usually the people with smaller dogs who think they can get away with it just because they're only leaving a "little mess." I have big dogs and I never take them on walks without a bag in my hand.
