I have lived here for a year and I love it here. I noticed some people saying that they don't feel safe and have noise issues, but in the part that I live is so quiet and so safe!! I have never has any problems and we like our neighbors!!! The pools are awesome and kept clean, they keep the landscaping clean, the closet space is nice, the fireplaces work, my washing machine or dryer has never had a problem, and the people who live around me are nice!!
The only compaint I would have is the maintanence does come quick, but does not always help the problem, or be littles the problem and yes, the french doors do let in a draft and do let out the air conditioning. But that is all!!!
